Nomi Szpiro is the festival coordinator of Novemberfestivalen (The November Festival) in Trollhättan - the yearly national film festival for up and coming Swedish filmmakers under the age of 27. Nomi is originally from Stockholm and has a background of theoretical film and art studies, film production and festival administration. She has worked as a producer's assistant, production coordinator, project manager and creative coach. Her longest work title so far: transportation coordinator assistant (during the production of "Manderlay" by Lars von Trier).
Berlin, Germany
Born 1961, studied media in Berlin. Since 1990 he is cameraman and editor für documentary films in public-TV, the last projects were about politics in Mongolia, environmental pollution in Germany and the HIV-Virus in the Ukraine. He also works as teacher for camera and video-technique. Together with Juergen Macpolowski he is organising the annual Jugendmedienfestival Berlin (Youthmediafestival), which is an international open competition for films from kids and youth.
