Nordic & International short film competition for emerging filmmakers

The criteria to submit your film to our international & Nordic short film competition are:

• The director(s) of the film is between 10 and 30 years old.

• The film is no longer than 20 minutes.

• The film has been completed no more than 2 years before the end of the film submission period. For the film competition 2024, your film needs to have been completed between June 2022 and June 2024.

The Nordic competition includes films produced in, or by filmmakers who are living or/and working in the Nordic countries (Greenland, Iceland, Faroe Islands, Denmark, Sweden, Norway & Finland).

The international competition includes all films produced or made by filmmakers based outside of the Nordic countries.

The Festival will take place on October 24-26, 2024.

Application for NUFF 2024 will open on february 1!

film submissions for Nuff 2024 will open on february 1st, 2024. Films should be submitted through FilmFreeway.

IMPORTANT! All submitted films (as well as screeners) must have English subtitles or be in English.
